I would say that this provides conclusive support for the deep space/alien transmission scenario, which I am willing to concede, makes more sense than my original inspiration :)

My next track was written with two unrelated SciFi movies in mind, although there is no discernible connection between the two movies, apart from my speculative and somewhat random imaginative processes.

Thanks very much for taking the time to listen and comment, ecamburn. Glad you enjoyed it :)

Dark and post-apolcalyptical mood indeed. Well done :tu:

Coming back after a couple of months, it holds up very well. Dark, spacey and more ominous than I remembered. Excellent!

Fantastic soundscapes. Definitely a dark and moody vibe. I especially like the combination of the arp that starts at around 2:30 with all the glitchy bits.

Well, the track starts off strangely unusual, almost apocalyptic cinematic.
And it is even developing more and more in this direction. :o

Is this a dig into the deepest depths of the unconscious or a visit to an
inhospitable planet? At 2:23 a certain rhythm sets in - one could say "here
begins a musical section".

In any case, the track is a special, expansive experience into an unreal
scenery that allows the unconscious to rise up and conjures up the most
incredible images. A fantastic trip! :tu:

Great use of sounds and a very eerie buildup. Great work!

"apocalyptic, cinematic, psychoanalytic, deep space, SciFi."

This track was the second rant in my series of pieces relating to the imbecilic state of the bulk of TV (and online) advertising here in the UK :)

That it has managed to conjure so many alternative (and equally valid) associations among listeners is a great source of satisfaction for me. I'm often quite nervous when posting these more abstract pieces in case people may have difficulty reacting to them. That does not seem to be the case here.

Thanks very much for taking the time to listen and for your great comments, enroe. Glad you enjoyed it :D
