Second or more ToolChain instances cause artifacts

Hi, ToolChain is my favorite plugin for creating "guitar amp" processors, thanks to the excellent quality of the waveshaper and filters.

Unfortunately, there is a problem: adding a second (and subsequent) instance generates digital noise/artifacts, no matter what DAW I use, and it is not CPU overload.

Is there a way to look into this phenomenon and possibly correct it?
