Is there a way to combine/bundle Bitwig's own devices and effects and/or third-party plug-ins and then save them as one effect preset to be recalled in your future projects? Like what Kilohearts Snap Heap and Multipass do with Kilohearts' own little snapins. What's the most logical/efficient way to go about it in Bitwig? How would incorporating modulation complicate such a preset in terms of future recall? Would it complicate it at all? Is this even possible?
Thank you.

Chain device for 1 signal route, all modulations at the chain device level.

Three questions if I may:
• So the Chain signal flow is in series, and the FX Layer is in parallel, is that correct?
• How would one combine series and parallel signal flows?
• Is there a way to then insert these combined devices into another Chain or FX Layer?
For example when using Snap Heap, you can insert another Snap Heap inside the main Snap Heap as if it's just a single effect, and then click on it, and it has its own effects inside. You can then insert a third Snap Heap with its own effects inside the second Snap Heap. You can do this for as many times as your machine allows.
So how would you do this with Bitwig's Chain or FX Layer or maybe another device?
Thank you again ere2learn.

1/ yes
2/ you can put the fx layer (or mid/side,multiband split etc... ) inside the chain device
signal flow in the above is into a filter, parallel into 3, then mid/side split, then low/high band split, all contained within the chain device
3/ yes, right-click the chain device to save the preset , you can then load it any where you like, on a new track, inside fx of a synth , inside another fx chain
