Nice synth strings at the right places too. :tu:

I wrote this song for our handbell choir. I'm going to do a full orchestral version of it eventually.

Well, they needed a piece for 4 people so I wrote this. I thought it was okay. Gotta write a couple more.

wagtunes,
Now listening to "The Doctor Is In": nice and recognizable wagtunes piano. Can't figure out what this synth intro reminds me of; some alternative group (maybe MGMT?). What's the story on the nice sounding background vocals? Did they come from your own vocals somehow? Or from a synth with samples? The main vocals (I assume they are AI) have a sound that fit very well. I don't recall hearing that particular voice before; I don't recognize that being generated from your voice in any way. Nice melodies all around per usual. Audio quality (especially the piano) is quite good. Nice song!

Thanks Aaron. The background vocals are East West Quantum Leap Hollywood Background Singers. I love the way they sound. The AI vocal is just one of dozens this site now has and growing everyday. And now there is a plugin out (finally) that generates AI vocals. It's a $99 one time payment for over 50 different voices. I'm thinking of getting it. The synth is a new synth I picked up from Cherry Audio. Yellowjacket, which is a Wasp clone. I love the way it sounds. In fact, I love all of Cherry Audio's synths. If you haven't checked them out, you really should. I own every single one of them.

Anyway thanks for the listen. Off to now check out your latest.

wagtunes,
I own EastWest (Quantum Leap only sounds vaguely familiar to me) Hollywood Backup Singers too, but mine is only 3 Black women. For "The Doctor Is In", the background vocals sound male to me; unless you AI'ed those. Or just low pitch? I own several Cherry Audio synths: I am mostly done with a song that has some Yellowjacket on it (though I don't always release songs completely chronologically for various reasons). Yellowjacket is so yellow, it almost hurts my eyes; haha. "A Little Bit of Christmas": it does sound quite Christmas-y, even in May. Yes, I'd like to hear a full orchestra version of that, even though this recording sounds quite pleasant. I am guessing it is a single plugin? It has nice audio quality and nice melodies.

It's actually a sample library made for Kontakt. It's real handbells and they sound really good. I'm going to use them for writing for the choir. And yes, I use the Hollywood Singers in the lower register. I like the way the voices sound down there.

Just listened to "The Doctor Is In". My favorite part is the theremin-ish solo midway through. Very cool sound!

The lead vocal sounds doubled. Is that the ai or an added effect?

Now I'll have to go listen to some of your other tracks to hear your own voice, I guess.

I honestly don't remember how I processed the vocal but if it is doubled I used MUnison to do it. Anyway, thanks for listening. Much appreciated.

10th and final track from my upcoming CD "Music For World Peace Vol 1"

This ended up being a kids tune. I'm so glad this one is ending the CD. Came out really good with the kids voices.

A new era has begun.
