Waveform not loading Waves V15 plugins after clean install (only older versions work)

Hi, I'm running into a consistent problem with Waves plugins, and I hope someone from Tracktion or the community can help.

After a clean reinstall of Windows and my DAWs, I've noticed that **Waveform is no longer recognizing any Waves V15 plugins**, even though:

- I have properly installed Waves Central and the plugins via the official method
- I made sure that VST3 format is selected during installation
- I manually pointed Waveform to the correct plugin folder (`C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3`)
- I cleared the plugin cache (`PluginSettings.settings`) and rescanned multiple times
- I also verified that the plugins do load properly in **FL Studio**, so the installation is correct
- The older Waves plugins (like V13/V14) do show up and work in Waveform

What's interesting is that before formatting my system, **Waves V15 plugins were working fine in Waveform**. I'm wondering if this is an issue with compatibility between Waveform and the latest WaveShell version (15.5+), or maybe there's some additional dependency missing after the reinstall.

I've also:
- Installed the latest Visual C++ Redistributables
- Run Waveform as administrator
- Ensured no multiple WaveShells are conflicting
- Tried both Waveform Free and a licensed version

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas from the Tracktion team or Waves users?
