Not a tape emulation per se but something in the ballpark.

Perfect, I forgot about that one! I am wondering what happened to this guy. He was creating the most advanced plugins with MXXX, like SubLab emulation.

It's a brutal business to be in. Too much supply for the demand.

And doing crazy amounts of work to share for free isn't something that many people want to or can afford to do in the longer term.
