Hi guys I know I am cutting it fine this time here is my entry for the month, called Recovery Anthem which is named as I have been recovering all month from surgery. I am also wondering if it sounds quiet but not sure how to fix it as it is already bouncing off my limiter fairly hard it is as if Ableton is turning it down a lot.

I used only 12 instances in Ableton Live in Windows 10 and the following effects.
Drum Buss, EQ Eight, Utility, Glue Compressor, Ozone Imager 2, Delay, Reverb, Auto Filter, Compressor.

Wow! What a story! Great sound choices along the story line.
My favourite so far. :-)
Wow! Thanks mate. Glad it tickled someone. I think this could be another Marmite track. Let's see. I'm feeling very provocative this year it seems!

Btw - we tend to provide feedback on songs on the SoundCloud page, rather than on this KVR thread.
But it's no biggie. Very nice to see you are taking the time to comment :)

My bad :dog: . I stumbled onto the product page on their website, where it is still listed as payware. Of course, their homepage (that I didn't look at) shows the freeware download.

Again, incredible what you guys are capable of getting from Ragnarök 2. I heard many sounds that I would never have thought of getting out of my synthesizer. Also, the level of composition and production talent is totally awesome.

I won't be able to vote, but I'm going to listen to all the entries and will leave at least one comment on each track. Thanks everyone so far for this incredible journey.

That feels like sitting in front of an old TV watching a retro SciFi movie. Epic, dystopian, industrial.
Thank you! This is exactly what I wanted to do.

I also uploaded a lossless version of my track (replaced the original in the submission post), so check it out...

I always wanted to do an electro track didn't expect this to happen with Ragnarok but I like the result.

Session details will be added later.
Interesting track!
At first this Hochhaus vibe, rather distant.
Then you brought in those beautiful and vulnerable sounds.
Me likey! :phones:
Thanks for the kind words and for putting the effort to do these mini reviews for everyone :tu:.

Mixed reviews for a mixed bag? :D
Cool story telling. Good sounds. I actually like the "anti-melody". Cool harmonies. Lotsa 80ies and prog rock shows up. Well done! :tu:
I love prog and 70's jazz fusion. This was my first time flirting with that feel in this contest. Glad you found it interesting. I dig it, but realize the "anti-melody" is not going to appeal to everyone.

Cool track (minus the hurting zapp which I might suggest to unharsh it)
I really like the tune.
Very good theme and harmonies. Great sounds. Me likey.
Thank you for your kind comment on my track. :)
I love ZAPs... and I'll have to listen to that harsh ZAP again, thanks for the tip :tu:
BTW: Do you only comment here or do you also comment on Soundcloud?

:-)
When I setup my Soundcloud I understood that commenting is a "pro, plus, or something like that" version thing and I didn't want to buy a subsription.
I didn't really think about commenting on the Soundcloud files. I never really liked it when I saw those comments as they disappear so quickly after popping up.
How is the standard procedure here on that? :-)

I get most of my comments on SC (>99%) or via email. Any registered user can comment, as far as I know.
And I haven't experienced any disappearance of comments; I still have comments on my tracks from users who unsubscribed years ago. :)
Personally, I prefer the comments on Soundcloud because I have a direct connection to my music 8)

OK, makes sense. I didn't think about that.
Sorry for having bloated this thread and not having commented on SC. :-)
