I'm loving it! Probably offers me nothing I can't set up my Keystep Pro to do but there's something about the hex layout that just works for me. Having the chords laid out like it does make it so easy to play in key.

I do appreciate you checking our plugin lists. Seriously. I've bought a couple of Melda plugins and worry I might accidentally slip one into an OSC track one day because the names and UIs are so similar to each other.

While I understand your point of view, I think you're making unnecessary drama. Your "quid pro quo" approach may lead to extremes such as counting the number of words in comments or the number of comments made in return. Commenting isn't even mentioned in the OSC rules, so it's more a part of the regular participants' culture. Occasional participants may not even be aware of it.

There was nothing drama in my post though I recognize someone may try to turn it into that. The comment is actually more directed towards newer people and I've decided to post it every month just as a reminder. Of course you don't have to comment and you certainly aren't expected to comment on every track. But for people who have no interest in the commenting this is just a simple bit of etiquette. It's perfectly fine that some aren't interested in commenting. I never said anything that remotely suggested it's a rule.

Again, everyone, if you don't have any interest in commenting on other tracks, please lock your comments. This is under permissions on soundcloud. I suggest this just for people to be considerate to one another.

I sometimes comment when I feel like it and when I find something in someone's piece that I really like. I don't comment so that someone will repay me. I'm also not a guru to evaluate and comment on someone else's work. I don't give advice on how someone should write music and what he should change or improve, because I am not a teacher or advisor. The points I give are my comments. I like most of the music (more or less), but I don't participate in OSC to exchange compliments. I also won't block comments, because if someone wants to post a comment under my piece - it's his right.

Nobody should comment for the sake of commenting, that's for sure. I love getting feedback and I'm happy to give it, even compelled at times, much to my demise, too. ...but people should really only comment, when they feel like they really want to say something. Even if it's only an affirmation, or what that's called, never be shy to leave it in the comments, when you really enjoyed something! If you have nothing to add, don't force it. And don't feel forced either. That would be terrible.

I try to see this OSC thing in a friendly, non competitive way.
I am not in for a price, though it would be nice.
I can buy the software I want. And I do.
Neither am I in it for your compliments per se.
Nice if somebody has a comment on my piece, all good if not.
Interaction with music interested poeple who use software instruments and all of that, this is what I am in for.

That's just the legacy website. The company went out of business and you can download their 3 plugins for free.

You missed my post after that

The developer decided a while ago to make his plugins Spacer, Pancz and OCS-45 available at no cost. Very nice of him.

My bad . I stumbled onto the product page on their website, where it is still listed as payware. Of course, their homepage (that I didn't look at) shows the freeware download.
