Saving presets in my own directory

Hi, I am currently using a few Melda plugins in my MaxMSP patch. As I would like to open the patch on another laptop, and to avoid that presets get lost, I would like to save them in the same folder as my patch. Somehow I find it very difficult to do that. Is there a manual or any guidance for that? Let me know and thank you very much!

I regularly switch between computers when working on a project, and I find the best way is to generate a settings file. On Windows hold CTRL and click the copy icon (bottom right of the plugin) (on Mac, I think it is Command).
You can load it with CTRL + paste.
