Can anyone help here please...
I have tried to close my Tunecore account before they direct debit me for another month.
There's no option to close my account in settings and it's requested to contact support to close accounts.
Their email support@tunecore.com does not take any new questions, so to submit requests like this (which apparently is how it's done now) is through the chat bot/virtual, agent but it goes in circles giving and asking the same series of questions and end up back at the start. So I cannot chat with a human or find a form to send?
Any advice would help, thanks.

Thanks, but the bot doesn't offer any help directly on closing accounts. It eventually sends you back to the main page to start over again.
I finally had to enter different questions from my main query,... then a form appeared, so got there in the end. But it took time.
