Dialekt midi steps excluded based on tempo and/or note length

I noticed this when sending and exporting midi of a bassline missing a bunch of notes, and then performed a more simple test with the kick drum channel.
Based on either the tempo or length of the notes, notes that follow are excluded.
You can see in the example with the faster tempo, only the first note is sent and exported via midi. The other notes are missing.
This is in Win 11.
UPDATE: I also tested on the apple ipad version with the same demo and experienced the same problem with midi file export, though I didn't test midi output yet.
