Like the title says. It would be more comfortable and efficient, instead of dragging the node left and right, trying to reach the accurate frequency i want.

I don't think it would be very advantageous really. Internally the plugin uses spectral bins, which as kinda defined by the physics and so your frequency would be shifted anyways. I'd strongly suggest not tring to make like supersmall notch filters with this for example as the spectral processing can lead to some rather unpleasant artifacts.

This can be done using expressions.
Assign the point to a multiparameter with the full range.
For Value mode, choose Expression.
For Value to text, enter:
