Yes and no.
Pro's :
It's a great sounding synth with so many patches available.
Easy to use.
Has user editable themes, though not a simple task.
Con's:
No longer in development. Except bug fixing it seems.
Unlikely to get new features or interface issues sorted. Specifically, the patch browser is massively outdated and awkward to use when you want to browse presets quickly.
I bought a license around 3 years ago. I don't regret paying out, I just wish it could be brought up to date in certain areas.
Is it worth it? Tbh, I would have to say no, if I had to make a black and white decision. Simply because there are so many other great alternatives that are easier to use and still in development.
Try it out. Download loads of free patches and see for yourself is the best thing you can do.

Personally, I think it's value has declined. Worth it? I'd say worth half the asking price, seeing as it's development has stalled and how old it is.
