Okay, in case anyone else gets their Hybrid 3 installation messed up by the new installer, I figured out what was up with the presets "lacking something."

The installer also deleted my Program Files(86)\AIR Music Technology\Content folder, which contains the wavetables, phrases, and part-presets.hybrid files.

After I copied those back from my other system, everything worked fine with both the old VST2 and the new VST3 versions of the synth.

I'm having a similar issue, everything was fine until I did a fresh re-install of Windows 10 yesterday. There's a Hybrid 3 pad called Sidharthas Dream that I use but the wavetables were not loading.

I uninstalled the vst3 version, downloaded the previous vst2 version from here: https://www.airmusictech.com/virtual-in ... /hybrid-3/ and now everything is working again.

I'd say that it's not a problem with the .vst3 itself, it's that the .vst3 installer doesn't install everything it's supposed to in order for the plug-in to work.

It would probably be working even if you hadn't uninstalled the VST3, it was the VST2 installer that allowed it to work.

This is something that's easy to miss on a system where the VST2 was previously installed and working correctly. I hope they fix it. Why go to all the trouble to recompile the instrument for VST3 only to deliver it with a broken installer?

Moreover, why go to the trouble to have a public beta and then not fix one of the first bugs that was reported?

I had a similar problem with a new install of windows and hybrid…the wavetable select function was not working and the parts presets were missing. The solution was to move the entire AIR Hybrid folder from the Program files folder to the Program Files (x86) folder.

On Transfuser 2 please fix the infamous Content Corrupt Error about the Transfuser Content V2.big and Transfuser Content.big files that all of a sudden stop working even though there is no real file corruption. It is a well known bug that has been reported thru the years on many forums and never got fixed so far.

Transfuser 2.1.1 is unusable here - the GUI simply freezes.
Switching back to 2.0.7 solves that but then....Content Corrupt Error.
