Combo Delay and Reverb Plugin Suggestions?

OK, well, this ended up being the easiest decision I’ve made in a while. I really liked the Baby Audio Spaced Out and Sixthsample Deelay PE and will likely end up buying them at some point, but Nuro Supernova was exactly what I wanted. I’d go so far to say that, if I could’ve designed my ideal reverb/delay combo plugin, it would’ve been Supernova. Clean and intuitive interface, easy on the CPU, tons of excellent sounding reverb and delay algorithms, delay and reverb modules can easily be switched between parallel, reverb>delay, or delay>reverb, slider in the middle to adjust the balance between the two modules, lockable mix knob, hi/lo-pass filters on both modules, ducking, etc. And, best of all, it sounds great. I’m really surprised those guys don’t get more attention here.

It’s crazy right? I mention Nuro audio any chance I get to. These guys have done no wrong. Their stuff is super light on cpu. The ui’s look phenomenal. Just great plugins all the way around.

Yeah, I'm with you! I'm very impressed with the both Xvox Pro and now Supernova. I remember that the Xvox thread here was pretty much overrun by people complaining about Nuro's marketing jargon. Admittedly, you'd have a pretty bad hangover if you made the word "Pro" a drinking game on its webpage, but that plugin has become one of my go-to's for vocals now. And, I actually didn't buy Supernova for vocals, but I've been running vocals from my latest song (chill house w/female vox) through it this evening and getting some stunning results. #nurofanboy

Looks nice but too expensive

Yeah, unfortunately their stuff isn’t cheap, which makes them less competitive and probably hurts their brand recognition, but they do run some decent sales on occasion and they do give loyalty offers. I don’t think I would’ve paid full price for it, but I got it for about 40% off and it was totally worth it for me.

Oh, I didn’t realize Space Duck was still available. It seems like a nice plugin and the “pay-what-it’s-worth-to-you” pricing is very generous. I believe the signal flow is fixed to parallel for the delay and reverb modules, though, meaning you can’t change the routing to serial, correct?

the only way is eve r: delay first, reverb second. i think space duck do it too. or you use delay or reverb single

Because you can do all that and more with two separate (even better) plugins, like... Sigmund + Cinematic Rooms Pro. It depends - if the reverb is in the feedback-path of the delay (as is e.g. the case with Process' Ripple) you can't, nope...
