Whats the difference between Speed and Speed Mode On MAutoVolume?

From the documentation:
"Speed parameter controls how quickly the plugin reacts to changes in loudness."
"Speed mode switch defines the range for the speed parameter."

The Speed parameter controls speed and the Speed mode parameter controls the interval of possible speeds.

Speed mode is basically different set of ranges for Speed. Originally there was just Speed, but it turned out there are various different uses for the plugin, so since we cannot just change the ranges for sake of backwards compatibility, this was the solution.
