Can I have control the mix of a few microphones? Pricing the player

Hi.

I have 2 questions about the registered version, before downloading Maize:

1) Can I sample something using a few microphones and then create a VST instrument with Maize that will have knobs to control the volume of each microphone separately?

2) Is the VST instrument that I create with Maize free?

1 Yes, you need to create a separate instrument from each microphone, place them each on a separate channel and then you can select the volume of each channel
2 There is an option to create a serial number
