I finally got Zebrify to work as a guitar synth...sounded amazing. I'm scared that support for Zebrify will eventually go away or be abandoned...
Will there be a Zebrify update along with Z3?

They're planning on keeping Zebra2 legacy support for years to come. Have said so multiple times unless I just hallucinated that. So I think you'll have Zebrify support for years.

Thanks! That’s great to hear. The pitch tracking is pretty spot on but I was wondering if the tech has gotten better since Zebrify was developed.Funkybot's Evil Twin wrote: Sun Jul 27, 2025 12:46 am They're planning on keeping Zebra2 legacy support for years to come. I’ll have to dive into the manual more

Z3 won't have an audio in version, I think I remember seeing Urs saying.

We're considering an audio input, but that is no set in stone yet. It's not likely to happen in 3.0, maybe in some later 3.x.

Another vote/request for a Zebrify 3, or an audio input on Zebra 3.
I still use it as a quick channel strip, and sometimes for some more advanced fx on stuff. It's one of those things you don't think much about until you need it, and then it swoops in and saves the day (or at least 15-20+ minutes of loading 2 other plug-ins ha-ha).

We have working audio inputs on the same dev branch where we're working on the 4 x 2 outputs. Latter are work in progress, and so I expect both at some point to appear.
