Hi Vojtech,
I know development time ist short, but some suggestions for an ARA mautovolume version.
Actually there are many problems with this plug-in. Example vocals: sibilants, breath, volume curves, flexibility.
The solution: An ARA version. ARA would deny all the problems the plug-in tried before and were stopped and mich more, cause it doesn't worked good, what I mean? The recording function of volume curves. They weren't accurate, but with ARA this isn't a problem anymore.
The best example for this is the new gainaimpro by noiseworks (https://noiseworksaudio.com/products/gainaimpro/) ().
So you're already a little bit late to the party, but until now there is just this one tool and there are still improvements.
Maybe you take a look at it and do your own melda version, but maybe this is already implemented in your secret mixing revolution?
Thanks and kindly
Marek

Hey Marek,
actually
, we are already working on something there
. And yes I plan to include this in mixing revolution, unfortunately ARA has its limitations and it doesn't work on all DAWs and it's unlikely it will be possible to implement them in say FL Studio, which believe it or not, is #1 on the market. That said, point taken

For DAWs that don't support ARA, you can let the user record the audio in real-time into the plugin like other ARA-plugins do.MeldaProduction wrote: Tue Aug 20, 2024 10:29 am And yes I plan to include this in mixing revolution, unfortunately ARA has its limitations and it doesn't work on all DAWs and it's unlikely it will be possible to implement them in say FL Studio, which believe it or not, is #1 on the market. fwiw...in Logic Pro there is an ARA "workaround" by "freezing" the audio into the plugin, check in the "Logic Pro Help" forum for the details...htw..../s~

Hi Vojtech, you told us a time plan for new instrument releases. Can you tell us also some ideas for the release of this new "volume"plug-in?
I try not ask for mixing revolution anymore, which believing in is really impossible after all these years.
Thanks and kindly

I'm totally confused with version 17.05 melda is going the ARA way after writing about limitations. This doesn't feel honest to me. What's wrong and is the mixing revolution still an issue?
Thanks

Not all DAW use ARA the same way as I have seen, that is one of the reasons that Izotope haven't released RX with ARA support on some DAWSvama wrote: Tue Jul 22, 2025 7:52 pm I'm totally confused with version 17.05 melda is going the ARA way after writing about limitations. ARA is a mess
. My programmer was eager to use it and spent 6 months just making the ARA work (imagine the costs...). And now every DAW supports it differently... so there's no "honesty issue" here, it's just the reality of this ARA thingy. But I use it in Reaper and there it is awesome.
