And the bargain can be discussed here. For example maybe someone knows somewhere it is even cheaper, like with a standard discount code or similar. Is this X offer better than just go with Y or should you really go for both X and Y including Z. KVR rules says the latter.

If someone posts dozens of serial numbers on this thread over a short period of time and there was actually a post for every serial that was reported as no longer being active, the thread gets clogged up with pages of posts.
Instead of that, we get a few reports on what has been used and lots of repetitive complaining.
Either way, it seems a lot of noise to me.
That’s why I prefer it if people post their giveaway serials on their own sales thread and give a link to that in this thread.
Then people who aren’t interested in the freebies or the discussion about the ethics of said giving and receiving process, don’t need to wear noise cancelling reading glasses when on this thread.
That’s me adding yet one more post on the topic!

Actually, I think a free serials giveaway thread would be a good idea as well.

It would make sense but for whatever reason when suggested before it got zero traction from the mods (as it really needs to be made a sticky to work).

What's wrong with me posting only in bargain threads? Is it against the rules?
What's wrong with me grabing some codes? Is it against the rules? What about when other people grab them? They're all greedy and entitled or is it still just me?
Why is it me, who is an example of the problem with the destribution of this codes? Is it because I'm being honest and say thanks whenever I use them? Because apart from it you have nothing to accuse me of. Oh, wait! "Actions". You have "actions", whatever they are.
And it's a real shame that you've nothing better to do than going through all someone else's posts. I can only hope that those who liked your post did the same before passing their judgement.

You're confusing morality with legality. No, your actions are not "against the rules" simply because those rules do not exist although they absolutely should.

Just because you lurk here waiting for codes to drop it doesn't mean you should take so many for yourself. Someone with "self respect" would leave them for others to have and not let greed define who they are without any dignity at all.

It's a real shame that you have nothing better to do than suck up free codes here without ever contributing to KVR at all like countless other members have in the two and a half decades it has been in existence.

I have suggested this several times in the past but KVR seems to be rudderless these days. Trying to legislate morality here is like throwing a tennis ball at a battleship. It just bounces off and leaves no impression at all.
