I have recently started having issues logging into Tracktion Download Manager 1.53 from the standalone application and also from within Waveform 13. Is this a global issue? Only I am having the same issue on 2 pcs (WIndows 10 and 11). I have tried uninstalling Norton but it made no difference.

I am able to log into my account at Tracktion and have also messaged their support. It seems to be taking them a while to reply so maybe this is a big issue?

Anyway any tips would be helpful. I have even tried an earlier verion of Tracktion Download Manager and that made no difference

Are you still signed into Waveform itself?
[W10-64, T5/6/7/W8/9/10/11/12/13, 32(to W8)&64 all, Spike],[W7-32, T5/6/7/W8, Gina16] everything underused.

Not sure what you mean by signed in in this case. Whether I have Waveform open I get this message in Tracktion Manager. Thank you for the suggestion though

I have the same problem since about a week ago (August 18th).

Thanks for confirming. Thank fully we can manually download stuff but the Manager makes it much easier the monitor if new updates are needed. That's why we need it back up and running

For me the download manager started working again today.

Thanks. Looks like it was a problem their end. Would have been nice if they'd communicated with us
