Deal went through OK for me and no problems with Bitdefender. I bought Panda Rooms a few days ago, wish I'd known they were going to do this. The other plugins seem fairly cpu hungry and one (Micro Limiter) crashes Studio One 7. Panda Rooms is very good, I like it more than IK's 'room' reverbs

You're in luck. Mad dev is OD. OD Finesse (https://www.tokyodawn.net/od-finesse/) is half price of Soothe and the new hotness. I haven't tried it before anyone wants to know more

I think I’m set for res suppression, fortunately since that’s still pretty expensive. I do like the
UI.

Where was the virus/trojan, what exactly happened, what Bitdefender reported and how exactly it "broke" your Windows/explorer?
I can see that someone already uploaded these files to VirusTotal and nothing was flagged so yeah, I'm tempted to believe VirusTotal results much more than a random Internet post on a forum.
The_Panda_Rooms_Installer.exe was analyzed 18 hours ago, I have re-triggered the analysis again and it came out clean. Someone also already triggered analysis for VST3 files as well and they were also clean.
So, where exactly was that virus?

Cannot see the details anymore with the recovered drive. And I don't bother much whether you believe me or not. Check the earlier posts, someone has reported this too.midi sentinel wrote: Tue Aug 26, 2025 9:08 pmRight. Maybe provide some details, eh?Igro wrote: Tue Aug 26, 2025 6:21 pmMe to with Bitdefender. These Purafied Audio plugins have been around for a few years, mostly released in 2022-2023. The owner also credited Eddie Lucciola from Kiive Audio as the developer.
The owner Sam Pura has been pretty active on gearspace so maybe check with him for your questions?

Isn't that the land of the free? Where anyone can sue everyone for everything and probably get a huge settlement out of it?VitaminD wrote: Tue Aug 26, 2025 6:22 pm The clowns on reddit initiated a petition in an attempt to force GC to fulfill the orders. I was eyeing Panda rooms a while back. Don't care for the rest of the bundle but for €3 it seems to be a pretty useful reverb!Howie62 wrote: Tue Aug 26, 2025 7:17 pm Deal went through OK for me and no problems with Bitdefender. i was kicking myself for not purchasing the $125 signature v2 bundle.
even though i was on the edge for days.
but now i'm actually demoing the 99c 3 month subscription - the UAD plugins i really wanted, well, they're ok, but between my other native plugins from Cytomic, AudioThing, Softube, Kush, United Plugins, Tone Projects, Tokyo Dawn Records, Auburn Sounds, Audiority, Fuse Audio, Kazrog, Devious Machines, Nembrini, PSP, Tritik, Sonnox, UVI, Pulsar, Nugen, Korneff, SSL, Process Audio, LiquidSonics, FabFilter, Eventide, D16 Group and the likes... well... I think I have some pretty phenomenal sounding plugins already, so... black friday maybe?
