I am Iva. Yes, I'm sorry to say, but it happened. I was refused in license transfer by the manufacturer. And since PayPal is not working in my country, I couldn't refund jazzie123. But to have a full picture, I must say that he got two another products from me which I promised to deliver and I also offered him a replacement product which cost was much more than he paid for the expansions and he refused to accept it. He could easily sell it to get the money back.

Yup, it's true I refused replacement product, because it was Account Takeover.
Also Iva was supposed ask about license transfer on the replacement product, but never contacted me again, every interaction after was where I had to contact Iva to get any info. Also I'll mention the sums, probably talking about 180 EUR that I lost.
