I've been trying the past few days to log into both the Nomad Factory and Plugivery websites to update my AMT plugs to v2. Annoyingly my user/pass isn't working and the forgot password functions on both sites either don't dend an email or throw a Java error... I tried even using the contact form on the Plugivery site and get this:

I had the same problem last year, my user details were very old. If you contact Nomad support they will get back to you and fix it, but you'll need to be patient. I think I waited a week or so, but they did respond.

I'm unable to contact support as you're required to log in to create a ticket and there seems to be no other contact method/email.

You could also try: supportATnomadfactoryDOTcom, just send them whatever details you have and they'll sort it. They have records going back to at least 2016. Good luck!
