I just bought Clip Launcher Expansion for Waveform 13. I am little bit disappointed because there are some bugs which makes using this expansion a little bit annoying as you need to work around these bugs. Please note that as fellow programmer and audio developer (albeit at amateur level) I have understanding that DAW is complex piece of software but those bugs needs to be fixed:
1) When having Micro Drum Sampler on track and right clicking "Insert step clip" step clip gets inserted, but ignores currently selected preset in Micro Drum Sampler. This works in Arrangement and you need to copy clips from Arrangement to get proper drum names and functionality.
2) When stopped playing with Clip Launcher mode or recording from it arranger goes silent. You need to press a little arrow between mixer and track itself which enables Playback arranger in track properties. This is super confusing and it's not documented at all!
4) It would be also nice to have one button which enables or disables this on all tracks at once.
This could be probably implemented as user macro, but I have no idea how to check/uncheck that Playback arranger for all tracks at once.
5) Sometimes MIDI notes get stuck when switching Clip Launcher clips. I am not sure if this is bug in Waveform of Surrealistic MG1 which I was using. Also it looks like there is a problem when note release is outside of clip itself.
6) It would be nice if Clip Launcher clip could record for predetermined amount of time and loop around. E.g - record just one bar of bassline and loop around to rewrite it.
I am looking forward for any feedback or followup questions.

I have reported these bugs to Traction support as those are obviously bugs.
2) is my fault as this is documented both in manual and tutorial video, but in video it's mentioned only once and later skipped over (by editing it out).
Also while testing it I discovered another bug (when you drag and drop from clip launcher to arranger while in clip launcher mode, you are not able to put this track into arranger mode).
TL;DR - it' buggy

It's buggy. Clips miss notes, are out of sync, not starting, partially playing, playing over each other, etc. Completely unusable.
Not 13.5 is out, I gave it another chance because otherwise the workflow is excellent and the interface is somehow inspiring. They also mentioned in the video they improved these.
15 minutes in and it's still all buggy. Complete mess.
It's also very hard to remove from a mac, since Download Manager can only install stuff.
It's kind of ridiculous.
