Continuous velocity randomisation of midi notes not possible?!

I have Waveform Pro 13.5 and like the clip launcher. But I can't find a way to randomise the velocity of midi notes in clips so that it continuously randomises when played in a loop.

As far as I can see, velocity randomisation is only applied once and stays that way every time the clip (midi or step) gets played back in a loop.

Ableton and Bitwig (and probably others) offer true randomisation because it just makes sense in a live setting. Can Waveform Pro really not do this or am I just too dense to find it?

I don't know of a way to do it in Waveform. There are plug-ins available that could do it for you. It's easy for a plug-in to do.
[W10-64, T5/6/7/W8/9/10/11/12/13, 32(to W8)&64 all, Spike],[W7-32, T5/6/7/W8, Gina16] everything underused.

Possibly a partial workaround would be to use a track LFO that changes volume on note length boundaries (eighth, quarter, whatever the closest match for most notes is).

Thanks guys.
I'm using Plugin Buddy as a (annoying) workaround for now, it offers velocity randomisation. But imo it's pretty poor that Waveform doesn't offer such a basic function especially with the new Clip Launcher being predestined for it.

 It's new. Waveform only added live performance features in its 13th version. The others (Live & Bitwig) had it baked in from the start, didn't they?

Anyways, suggest it to them.
Surely there must be consensus by now...
