Waveform 13.5 messy

In my experinece, the list of fixes is never complete, but just pointing out some highlights. Don't judge improvements only by that list.

No it isn't because I have a tracktion account but i'm no more a register user since T6 !
The only way for me to DL is with the traccktion download manager which todéy still propose 13.5.8 and not 15.3.13; perhaps another bug

No, not a bug, I would say. Beta versions are to my knowledge not distributed by the Download Manager. Beta versions are published for testing them, so that users can report back bugs before new or changed code in it will eventually find its way into the next release version. Still, as the beta versions are in my experience stable like release versions, you can use them to get early access to bug fixes. I just wouldn't open a project in a beta version for which I don't have a proper backup, so that I don't lose the project if the beta version would show any bug. But who would use computers without having proper backups, anyway?

Did you test to enter your Tracktion account and looked up whats currently available for you?

If you can't access the downloads section of the Tracktion website, then it does sound like there is some kind of bug to do with your account.

The beta versions have never been available through the download manager, only the website. I don't think they want to confuse people who aren't familiar with the risks of beta software. Once it's out of beta, it should automatically be available in the download manager.

My bad, I reloaded Waveform 13.5 demo, version is still 13.5.8. So developers want users to try a buggy version and buy it after ?

You are right about this.
I assume you will have to wait until the improved code, which is right now available as a Beta version for testing to paying customers, will make its way into a new public Release version. The advantage to have from time to time early access to planned improvements and new features appears to be a benefit for paying customers only.
Still, understand that this bug fix is by now in a Beta version. A Beta version is explicitly distributed for testing only purpose, and only after sufficient feedback (or not received bug reports about mayor issues) from customers who volunteer to test it, it will be released to the public. I am not sure if it would be a good idea to distribute a Beta version to the public while it is known to not have been thoroughly tested yet. If then a bug would show up, which could have been corrected during the Beta testing phase, then users like you would also have good reason to complain.

Handling the situation either way is problematic, obviously.

So, for now you have to take my word that I see your here reported problem being fixed in the code of the Beta version, and it would be strange to not find it in the next Release version, then. When will the next Release be made publicly available? I do not know.

I learned what customers not having purchased the PRO version nowadays get to see:
In the account of the users still evaluating the PRO version or decided to stay with the FREE version only, the Downloads area on their account page is empty. They can only download from there the Tracktion Download Manager, and subsequently only download with it the officially released versions offered by it. They do not see Beta versions or individual download files of the Release versions.

Still, as you mentioned before, after Boudin mentioned to have purchased T6, I would expect him to see items in the Download area of his account page.

@Boudin, maybe contact the sales team and ask them about the Download area of your account page maybe not showing everything which you would expect to see there?
