GUI display freezes for a couple seconds

I recently took the plunge and bought the Melda Complete Bundle and generally couldn’t be happier. The one problem I’m having fairly often is that the GUI displays, particularly those showing a frequency and energy graph of the signal, keep freezing for a couple seconds. Nothing crashes, and the audio keeps playing just fine in Nuendo (latest version), but for a few crucial seconds the display doesn’t update, and I can’t interact with the controls. Is this a known issue? Any fix?

In the settings, check to see if GPU acceleration is switched on or off. You could try the other option as the first step; it might help.
