After installing the enablement update that patches Win11 24H2 to 25H2 (KB5054156), Sylenth1 VST3 64bit crashes Cubase reproducable with this error:

After uninstalling KB5054156 (and such returning to 24H2), Sylenth1 works without a problem again. Reinstalling KB5054156: Problem is back.

Just curious, at the time when your KB5054156 was or is installed, have you tried excluding your VST folder (or Sylenth folder) from your Windows antivirus software (Windows Defender). Or any other 3rd party AV software.
