Sorry for the elementary question, but I can’t figure out how to modulate the main VCO volume with cc2. I can see how to modulate many other things but not volume. How would I do this?
Also, does anyone have any wind controller patches for Diva that they could share?

The VCO volumes (I assume you mean pre-filter) can't be modulated in Diva. You can fake it with the 'Dual VCO' model which has a mix knob to blend between VCO1 and VCO2. By de-selecting all waveforms in one of them, you basically make it silent, and in the Modifications tab, you can target Dual VCO Mix as a modulation target and modulate between a VCO that's loud and one that's silent.
Post-filter you have the VCA volume of course, but that's not what you were asking about, right?
