Hi Moss,

Love DrivenByMoss! Wondering if there is any way to get the Intech Studio BU16 grid supported natively? The Generic settings won't let me set grid size and scene/track, etc. Unless I am missing something. This is driving me crazy! I am just trying to trigger clips, but it is so unnecessarily difficult!

Thank you so much!
Ryan

Hi. From a quality control perspective I wanted to raise two issues I am facing with my Native MK3 keyboard.

A) When using Kontakt/Komplete Kontrol, I can switch to other VSTs in the same chain without issues. However, moving back often doesn’t work. To fix it, I need to press the DAW or Browser button to reset the plugin window—only then can I continue switching.

B) Accessing parent inserts (via Show Plug-in Post-FX Chain) is problematic from the keyboard. I can only open a parent insert after first clicking on the plugin manually with the mouse. Once it’s open, returning to the rest of the plugins again requires the workaround described above.

Am I doing something wrong? :-) Thanks

Hi Moss! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

I’ve got a question regarding the colors of the pads for the Push, in my case the Push 2, when using Bitwig. This is kind of a silly issue to bring up, but I’ve noticed that the color accuracy of the pads when matching to a selected track is not quite right. Green ends up being blue or a much more yellow green, and reds end up closer to pink. Is there a way to adjust the colors to more accurately match the palette being used? I can imagine the color coding may be a decision to avoid confusion with other features, but as a hugely visual person, having the right colors be represented on the Push itself makes things much easier to navigate and is much more pleasing to the eye.

If this is adjustable I’d love to know how it could be accomplished. Otherwise it’s something i’d love to see in future versions. Cheers!

Sorry, no. I was in touch with them some time ago but they had no interest in my support.

I am afraid I cannot improve anything with this at the moment.

Sorry, no. The colors of the selected palette cannot be retrieved from Bitwig. Furthermore, pad LEDs are always an issue. You can try to adjust the values in the source code if you know how to compile the software.

Is there any chance of getting a device browser on the MPC similar to push?

No. The whole functionality is implemented by Akai. I can only fill in the necessary data.

[*]Push 3
  • New: MPE Pitchbend does now work with the selected scale!
Thank you very much for implementing that feature! I also talked to Bitwig about the way how MPE pitch recording is broken in version 6 and hope, that they will fix it soon.

Hi. I am currently toying around with the beta 3 version and noticed that the sequencer function does not work for me at all. There is simply no playback happening. In Bitwig 5.3 I do not experience the same issue.

Which controller and which sequencer mode?

Thank you for your earlier reply, I’m MPC is hooked up now :)

I’m hoping to get my PS4 gamepad working as a controller too - it is selected as a game pad and found as a “PS4 controller,” I see many note mappings but when I link my game pad to an instrument track, there is no MIDI activity. I’ve tried to load MIDI modulators and map CCs to no avail.

Please can you help me out? Thanks

sebastian_blu wrote: Mon Sep 29, 2025 9:23 pm how about scene colors? I am not able to get the LED to show the color atm
There is an error in the manual. Correct is the following like with all other parameters:
/scene/{1-8}/color
