Super freaking late, but what the hell... I'm so sorry, I wished I had actually started making a track a lot earlier, especially with RipplerX, which really needs far more attention. And I can promise that it'll get a lot more from me!

Hi everyone! I'm new here, but I've been following OSC for a few years. It's very exciting and the community seems amazing! I wanted to submit for the first time this month, but life has been so busy. However, I played around with Rippler and found it inspiring. I wish I had more time, and I'm sad I didn't get to make my first submission this month. I was really struggling to get consistent volume across the range of the keyboard with basic settings (the lower the note, the louder the sound, and higher notes were softer). I found a few workarounds, but I just ran out of time.

Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who makes this happen. It's super motivating. I'll hopefully submit for October, and fingers crossed that the next synth is as fun as Rippler! lol

Also, I've been listening to the tracks, and you all are insanely talented. This is a great way to learn more about sound synthesis. Just making a snare took me soooo long. Mad respect to all of you!

In rhythm,
Aaron

Hey! I remember when DoctorBob invited me in 2023, and I realized that sound design within limits is way more approachable than you think. It wouldn't have happened without OSC, so I say the best approach is to go for it and see what you learn about YOURself!

Finished voting.

A lot of styles here, again - from lots of percussion and Jungle to smooth, smooth weather channel vaporwave. I like this synth and definitely consider it a keeper, although placing it among the constellation of plugins I'd use for MIDI-like tones is difficult due to how many I have, now. I'd definitely try another track, someday. Here's hoping for more community presets!
