Yeah, this is a weird one. Tried 10 times and no dice.
Just tried again and got the code this time. :)

I got it registered in the inMusic app' but can't see it. OK, it's part of AIR Creative FX Collection 2.

That's a great freebie. RePitch Elements is excellent.

Downloads are only available directly from Spectrasonics' website. The $169 Upgrade is not a drive, it's a flat box with a license on a piece of paper inside, and they require us to ship it.

Heh, I got the code from AIR and registered it to my account, cant install it though since according to the Inmusic Software Manager, Air Transient doesn't exist at all...

Also 2B Played sent me a second "1 time only" coupon for 78% off, after buying Pulse loop for 12 euros. heh...

It's part of a bundle. Go to ALL SOFTWARE in the inMusic App. It's part of the Creative FX Collection 2. I suppose you install everything and then delete the bits (plugins) you don't have licenses for (if you want). I haven't tried messing about with that yet.

Wrong. Yes, it's in the collection. But they already gave away several plugins from it. All of them you could register and download separately.

To give away means for free, as far as I know. If that's what you're asking.

We can register something that we have a code for. Are you saying that there are codes for the whole bundle?

I really don't get what you mean. If I remember correctly they gave away Multiband Filterbank, Channel Strip, Stutter, Multi-Chorus. All of them could be registered with a separate key. Separately.

OK. But we don't all have those codes. If you look at the above posts, people were have problems getting licenses in the past.

Anyway ...

Stutter? Must have missed that one myself. Good thing I don't really care. Still, it's probably funny how we go out of our way for a lot for stuff we probably wouldn't actually buy for the actual asking price. It reminds me of monkeys, in the PI, the way you catch a monkey is to put a peanut in a coke bottle that you've secured in place somehow. The monkey will reach in and grab the peanut making his fist too large to fit out through the opening, then he wont let go of it again, so he's caught.

Well, it's always nice to get something for free. Something that can be useful and if it's not, it doesn't take up any place anyway, like because it's a piece of software. We people like things like this. All of us. Sometimes we miss the opportunity to get the freebie though. Then we try to comfort ourselves with some sour grapes. And sometimes by stating publicly that those who are into freebies are nothing more than just stupid monkeys. Yes, they are. Yes, they are.

Post

Personally, I don't find being compared to a monkey/ape offensive, most of the time... since it happens often in my case. It should ne noted, being compared to a monkey is not the same as being called one. :)
