MNoiseGenerator lacks button to collapse Meters/Utilities panel

Almost every MeldaProduction plug-in that has meters also has a button below the "Utilities" bar that allows the user to close the meters panel and hide the Utilities button/bar.

This allows the main display of the plugin, such as the EQ bands and analyzer, to take up most of the front-facing real estate. It's great, because in many cases, I don't need to see the Meters/Utilities panel after initial setup or I don't need to see it at all.

I'm only able to find one plug-in that doesn't follow this convention, which is MNoiseGenerator. MNoiseGenerator includes a shaping EQ, but it can't be made wider. When I drag the right edge or lower right corner of the UI, the Meters/Utilities panel gets bigger, even if I've collapsed the meters themselves and it's just an empty space.

(I noticed this while I was trying to put a notch filter at just above 10K, where my tinnitus frequency is)

If this isn't a bug, can you please add this feature to MNoiseGenerator, or at least explain why it seems like it's the only plug-in that lacks a collapse button in that location?

Attached are screen grabs that show what I'm talking about:
