I would like to thank publicly the Support Team at u-he - especially Thomas. :clap: :tu:

I ran into a small problem with uhBik 2.0 and Thomas made several good suggestions over several days to track down the problem. In the end we found it. I am using a non-Aero theme on Windows 7 and this was causing a glitch in the display of the Save Preset window. It is now on the developers' To-do list.

If only other software manufacturers were this good.

They are great. They even pointed out that I had accidentally purchased a plugin twice and let me use the money to buy another U-He plugin, thus completing my collection.
