Plugins asking for licenses

I bought VIP 3.1 from PIB. The licenses are stored in the ILok dongle
Recently, downloaded and installed VIP software plugins in to my notebook, but all the plugins dont see the ILok, but instead asking me for serial numbers.
My UVI and some other ILok licensed software work well without issues.
Any help? Thanks in advance.

Try downloading older versions (there are several, don't use the latest) from the Air Music Tech product pages - I had this exact issue and solved it by downloading 2024 versions. All a bit annoying.
