For comparison, Punchbox 2 at 80% scaling is roughly the same size as Punchbox 1. For me personally, with a 3440x1440 resolution, 100% is perfectly sufficient, and it goes up to 200% – so even if you're producing in a cinema, the UI scaling is large enough if needed.

Just a quick note, since it was one of the most requested features from users – UI scaling is of course included (as you can see in the teaser image), just like in the last V2 updates of D16.

That was actually one of the biggest hurdles with PunchBox2. The power under the hood is difficult to control.

It is December 13, 2025. Never ever thought that the Punchbox 2 development would took so long. Drumazon 2 was released at the end of 2023.
Either, it will be a big surprise, or a huge disappointment.

I hope there will be a way to sample a kick right in the plugin itself. So basically a drag and drop from the synth engine to the sample engine (pre fx). I like when the kicks' transients are stable with every hit.

Would it be that crazy, to make it switchable between a random and a stable transient in the analog models? I don't think so. That's what I would expect, from a dedicated kickdrum plugin in 2025/26.Igro wrote: Sat Dec 13, 2025 4:10 pm I hope there will be a way to sample a kick right in the plugin itself. So, as It’s next year now, are there any updates? Still some money left for this in the walletCyforce wrote: Tue Oct 21, 2025 10:49 am By the way, PunchBox 2 is definitely coming this year.
I'd love to show you one or two small previews, but... we're still fine-tuning some areas... UI details, performance, workflow, etc.
