The advertising says this includes the Platforms expansion, but after installing the Collective 2 Content package, Platforms does not show up in the browser, and the preset names that appear in the YouTube promo don't show up on a search.

The Beta Maxed items that are also supposedly included I can't speak to since I bought them previously.

It should show up in your Tracktion Download Manager as separate item to install.

100% agree with the OP. I too got the upgrade to v2 and found that on the website it is stated that there are 928 presets, however there are only 743 presets in the instruments folder. It is claimed that there are 256 sounds, however there are no sounds (no sounds folder) and there is talk of 3 expansion sets but where are they? And nothing showed up in the download manager.

It does not. Also, the Collective 2 Content folder is listed as being 2.2 GB, the same size as the original Collective Content folder.

There are 99 (but not 100) presets from Miklop in the Collective 2 Factory Pack, so I did get some new content I guess. I'm looking forward to the website fixes that will allow me to get all the new presets.

Not the right answer, this is not a bug, it is faulty information as to what you are buying and should be rectified at once.

I'm tempted to get the upgrade just for the improved UI (the v1 interface was an abomination). The visuals shouldn't matter, but for whatever reason, they absolutely do!
That said, i also have Pigments... anyone have any arguments as to why they prefer to use Collective (other than its more affordable, and the upgrade is $10)

No, obviously not, exactly the opposite, they should provide everyone who bought Collective 2 with the extra missing items at once.

Obviously we understand the word obviously differently, perhaps similar to our different understandings of what was meant by "the website." I took it to mean the parts of the website that handle user licenses and downloads, so to fix the bug on the website means to enable downloading of the new, missing content.
