Real time tempo/speed adjuster?

A bit late to the thread, but checkout SpeedShift Speedup. It can slowdown and speedup audio in your DAW of choice.

It's a nice plugin and sounds goods but can you make it sync to host? right now i use it like a standalone tool, mess with stuff and then export audio. but it would be much better if it sync automatically to host, so you can actually use it like an instrument

i doubt you’re still looking for something but just in case… the varispeed effect in infiltrator can do it, but if it’s something you’re just trying to have occur at one specific point in a song, i’d probably just automate it in my daw rather than having to set up triggers to make infiltrator run the effect. logic is capable of this for sure, and i know i saw ableton mentioned above. id think most daws could do this but cant say for sure whether thats true
