Disappearing authorised Abyss

I purchased Dawesome Abyss on 26/12/2021. The purchase shows in my Tracktion account order history. I have used it frequently since purchase but yesterday, when I opened it, it was showing as unauthorised and only opened in demo mode. I re-signed in within the plugin hoping that would re-authorise it but it merely set it to a 90 day trial.
I opened up Tracktion Download Manager and tried re-installing the plug but that made no difference.
Next I went to my Tracktion account on their website. The purchase showed but the plugin no longer showed as an available download in my account.
I am awaiting a response to my support ticket but I am wondering if anyone else has experienced the Tracktion database losing track of purchased products?

ok so I'm definitely logged in, there's no Abyss in my account, and NO SUPPORT links work, no email, no nothing. NEVER ever will buy another thing from this company.
Dawesome Abyss is in "My Orders", but not in my downloads.

It took support a week to fix my issue but it was sorted eventually.
I was able to create a ticket via their online system. If you cannot then you could try a direct email to support@tracktion.zendesk.com.
It does seem as though they may have an issue with their databases. Oh for the ability to have an offline licence!

Just came here to report that I'm encountering the same situation in Nov 2025. I went to set up a new computer with my dawesome plugins, and noticed I didn't have the Abyss installer in my account. I found a copy of the installer in an old backup, installed it, and the in-app registration process appears to do nothing - I get a spinner logo for a second, the registration dialog window disappears, and then the plugin remains unregistered. Submitted an online support ticket and it's been several days now with no response.

Following up that support finally did get back to me, and indicated that something had just been fixed with Abyss' registration service. Sure enough, I'm now able to register it, and the latest installer appears in my Downloads section. So my issues are resolved.
