I just glanced through the NI BF-sales and noticed that e.g. the Claire isn’t included to the
Ultimate/Collectors edition. Or did I miss that?

If this is the case, what the f**k has happened to the NI products? This will ruin the Komplete sales - anyway I stop buying the product if flagship Komplete doesn’t include all the previous year NI stuff, as it used to do.

Has the iZotope acquisition messed their heads or what?
claire isnt included because it came out after the collectors edition came out but will be included in the next edition.
in the next edition absynth 6 will be included too and hopefully battery 5

Soundiron usually gets delivered instantly, at least that's what AI told me! :D

If you PM me your order number, I'll check to see if something went wrong.

Magma StressBox shapes the musical tension and feel of your sounds, bringing new life into flat tracks. Turn right for explosive punch and energy, or left for intimate control and focus. Each twist transforms your track’s feel, adding drama, contrast, and movement in a single knob.
It's putting back all the resonances that Soothe, et al, take away! :o

OK, thanks - better wait for the next summer sale then. Claire is a major reason - alongside the Konktakt 8/9 to upgrade.

But nothing new really, older people stereotype younger people, younger people stereotype older people, same shit different decade.
Apologies for the diversion to off-topic, but I think this is important and feel sensitive to ageism.

I am 60+ and a working design engineer at a FAANG with designs in mass-marketed consumer electronics devices for sale now. Our team has to use AI-based tools to keep up. We are a team of hardware engineers, not software engineers The caveat is that we use them for speeding the design of things that can be validated prior to any sort of proto stage and to create and edit documents of various types. It is indeed very important to examine and vet/re-edit various results from the tools available. We have found the tools to be very helpful with streamlining tasks. An interesting little factoid is that in my area, it tends to be the older, more experienced engineers, especially principals, who have had the luxury of time to take deep dives into the AI tools available and figure out which ones would be more useful for us. Design engineers face the pressure and time constraints of compressed product development cycles. We are all curious and eager to learn but for the product development cycle for a new thing, there is no time to learn. When possible, we learn from each other as people in between programs develop mechanisms for accomplishing specific tasks. A very good reason to have older and more experienced hardware engineers trying and validating (or not) various design mechanisms around AI tools is that we have depth and breadth of knowledge to enable to detect trial use cases that cause “hallucinations” where, for example, a LLM fed with various additional knowledge in various forms produces output that violates the laws of physics. The foundational models are good at interpolating but terrible at extrapolating in many cases.

I'm kinda surprised that a search of KVR for it doesn't turn up anything, and google isn't much better. Hidden gem or dud?

https://smartdsp.pro/product/spatializer-vst-plugin/

EDIT: Looks like their other stuff is on BF sale, too. They have another VST, Sublimer, as well as a lot of Ableton bits.

Also - Pricing was a bit weird for me in the US. Had to pay in CAD. Worked out to $28.41 on my AmEx card.
Hi there,
I talked to them & they added paypal options to the plugins.
You may want to edit your thread accordingly.
Thanks, Omkar! I edited the original post. This makes purchasing a lot more straight-forward. I haven't had a chance to play with this plug, but it looks like it could be a really good mixing tool.

Also -- Regarding the AI foofaraw, I come to this thread for the deals. I'd love it if a mod moved all those posts to Off-Topic, or better yet, to Hyde Park. It's been under-utilized a lot lately, IMHO:

Anyone know how low sales prices on Ample Sounds Guitars go during the year? The BF price discounts right now aren’t compelling (to me) but I’d like to get one or a few sometime if/when they have better offers.

Try it, really, I got lot of fun with it.

Shorty:
cpu close to nothing, responsive ui
any track can be placed anywhere in 3d,
any track with Spatialiser on pops up into each other window
and can be positioned to each other
define track width
m/s - lift sides ...
I don`t know, dev (Elliot) knows what he`s doing,
just keep an eye on your phase meter to maintain mono compability.

Btw, very comfortable & supportive conversations with Elliot.

Does it translate well when collapsed to mono?

Funny rediscovery on my part today: I knew that I own licenses for Cherry Audio's Voltage Modular Core plus a few module packs from the days. What I forgot is that I grabbed Synth Stack... in November 2020. There is almost nothing in it. It looks like I bought it to get DCO-106 and CA2600. The only other synth emulations in the stack at that time was the Realistic MG-1.

There is no upgrade, understandably. I did buy Sines today, though, from Uncle E, which is why I ended up logged into my Cherry Audio account and looking at stuff. I decided that despite GUI issues, it is too good at $21 to pass up. Tim Shoebridge's intro video on the Cherry Audio YT channel help considerably (watched it again).

Thanks! Sines is my favorite Cherry Audio synth.
