Waveform Pro version 13.5.13 Constantly Crashing (and Biotek 2/3 was crashing WF before the update)

I just installed Waveform OEM (came with my original Mixer), version 13.5.13 along with the default plugins that came with the software and it crashes on me constantly with no explanation.

I can't tell you the source of your problems, but I can say that 13.5.13 is unstable for a number of users, I think particularly on Windows. If you log in to the Tracktion website and go to the My Downloads page there is a link to version 13.5.8 at the very bottom of the page. Downgrading to that version has worked for a number of people. There is also a public beta link where you can find 13.5.18 which also seems to have worked better for some people.
