I played in a R&B/Funk band that had white polyester flair pants and vests piped with gold sequences and it felt disgusting to me. Those are deal breakers to me now and I just won't. I see it as pompous and pretentious. It was for a band leader that wanted to be a Vegas band though.

I played in an afro-jazz fusion band before. In hindsight, I wish I'd done the whole African garb, we played on TV and I looked pretty lame in my T-shirt. The bandleader was from Africa, he was done up and looked awesome.

I will say though that my previous keyboardist references also include that there is only one "Quay-Lewd" and only for one song in that band.

Does anyone know how long the UA Holiday Mix Tape bundle is going to be on sale for? I'm tempted by Studio D, Waterfall B3 and Fairchild. Though I need to do more demo-ing.

What's the general consensus on Fairchild plugins, is the UA one considered 'the best'? It sounds very good in my testing so far.
