I don't know what to say. The web team (different dept. in a 1000+ppl public institution) has been "working on it". It's a "technical issue". I'm out of options to push them to resolve this. In the next few days we will push our first update to Atelier itself (v1.0.1), with a good dozen of bugfixes and minor improvements. We're well underway on the Windows port.
