For now you can save them as part of the oscillator and MSEG module presets.jtsterays wrote: Fri Dec 12, 2025 6:22 pm There's definitely should be a way to save curve shapes in a built in library or something.
A dedicated way to save just the curve sets is on our to-do list.

I think default patches should have to have a description that's just an opinion but it's really helpful for people looking for sounds. I feel this is especially true for pads witch take very long to audition.

When using Zebralett 3, I noticed that some people had neatly formatted text in the descriptions and usage sections. I quickly realized that if you open presets you create in a text editor, there are some special codes you can use within the text editor to format everything neatly. I was wondering if there was a way to do this from the save dialog without having to hack your own presets. If not, perhaps you could consider adding it so that people can do this more easily.

I tried to make a real arp inside Zebra and came up with this. It’s more meant to be an experiment but I see it as proof of concept that such things could be done in Zebra 3 without a dedicated module. I love its flexibility.

I love when people figure out how to do stuff with minimal tools it is always very interesting
actually I do a lot of that myself I bend the normal rules to get articulations out of just about any synth. The main thing I love about zebra 3 is its so bendy lol

Has anyone noticed that clicking init to re-initializing the patch does not fully work yet I am using clap version of the plugin in bitwig is any one else having this issue to fully reset zebra three I have to delete it from my instrument track and put it back

Running in Logic Pro 10.4.8 on an iMac Pro 10-core with a Xeon-W CPU (so, AU plugin format), I get severe breakup distortion from most of the presets once more than three or four notes are sounding (either as chords or as release tails). But this only happens when I’m actually playing a part live (because Logic shoves the active track’s processing through a single core) - once a part is recorded, I can switch the active track to something else, hit the play back and then Zebra 3 sounds glorious, without any significant distortion.
I guess this is just a long way of asking if some of the efforts toward performance optimization in the next couple of months can please be put toward optimizations other than only multi-threading, for the sake of poor Logic users like me.

It sounds really good. I can’t put my finger on exactly what it is. It’s a great combo of punchy, clear, textured, satisfying changes when turning knobs. I love the envelope slopes. They feel very musical to me.

Hey Walter, I noticed that too, but since the comb "Tone" is actually ratio b/t delay times perhaps it is supposed to start at far left, even though it is indeed centered upon creating a new comb module (in Simple configuration).WalterH wrote: Fri Dec 12, 2025 4:49 pm <snip>
P.S.
COMB module's "tone" knob by default isn't in its default state by the way, it stays middle, double clicking on it resets it to left.
but middle is default if you ask me, in other words it stays correctly but that correct state for some reason isn't default.
Windows 10, 2,6GHz i7 cpu, 32GB ram, Ableton Live 12.3.1, VST3, RME Fireface UCXII

If anyone is interested in using my organization system for writing descriptions I call it SonicDNA or Sound DNA witch ever the concept is simple on the first few lines you describe your instrument than you put a bunch of dashes after that you put a list of things and ideas the instrument sounds like. FYI to add a new line hit shift enter on Mac

Wow, module grouping is so handy for dense patches. We may need a separate thread just to gush...

this month i bought diva zebra legacy and the famous version 3 of a sample based soft synth.
I understand that 179 is a good price, but do not see at the moment added value for users on the same boat. I tried the new presets and they are so amazing, exotic, and top quality, so my suggestion is i would buy zebra 3 not for the addictional functionalities(they are great but is not my point) but IF I COULD have tons of quality presets for zebra 3, if only would be published 5-10k presets of the quality of the 300 of the public, i would buy immediately as a zebra 2 legacy owner
I want to thank u he to giving me the possibility to buy for 99 eu zebra legacy(really really thankful
), and diva discounted, and a free tyrell and zebralette2 and 3 their sound is unbelievable like in someways better than the real things( because of their default pure sound) , mine is just a marketing suggestion, to support the amazing 10 plus years work and the extremely transparency, care of the owner to reply to the emails:
please gave us much more quality presets so that as zebra 2 legacy would be more motivated to buy zebra 3

Release on Moog envelopes? True mono/legato mode? Really?Urs wrote: Fri Dec 12, 2025 11:15 am Yes, we have plans to release such a tool. But I can't promise anything, we really first have two concentrate on Zebra 3, then probably venture over to a long overdue Diva update.
Such a nice typo.
So far Z3 quite addictive that's for sure
Murderous duck!
