I'm on Mac Sequoia 15.7.2 and trying to run Axiom 2.22 in stand alone. My audio interface (Scarlett 18i8) is showing in the audio pref of Axiom but I cannot hear any sound?
If I use it through my DAW, I have no problem and it works great. Can't I use Axiom as a stand alone or what am I doing wrong?
Thank you in advance
No sound in Axiom stand alone

Hi,
it is likely that Axiom is not authorized to access the audio interface. Maybe you accidentally clicked on "No" when MacOS asked you if Axiom was allowed to access you microphone (yes, by "microphone" it actually means your audio interface!).
Here is how you can control audio interface access for Axiom:

Yep, that was exactly that. Axiom was turned off under 'microphone access'. Not only did it fix the problem but I also saw some other ones that I could turn on. I was looking everywhere online and couldn't find an answer.
Thank you so much.

Yes, this MacOS "feature" is really a pain, especially with the stupid "Microphone" wording that does not make sense when plugging a guitar or keyboard into an audio interface...
