There's something wonky going on with the Pigments 7 rollout. I got an email from Arturia offering the update from Pigments 6 for free, but the link takes me to an update price of $69 for owning any Arturia product. I still show Pigments 6 in my owned products, but maybe their update coding doesn't recognize it properly?

I'm hanging back on doing this deal until it gets sorted out a bit further.

That's typical of Arturia to offer you a Crossgrade price for something you already own.
This is a free update for everyone.

Yes. But I can't find a place on their site to do that deal. Not on the product page after I log in, not in the My Offers section of my account, not when I add it to the cart.

EDIT: Just spotted db3's note, which posted while I was writing this one. Great idea, though Arturia should have have offered that in their email, instead of a link that didn't do the job. Gonna try that now.

The last couple of updates took me to upgrade pricing as well. I had no idea that it really was free. I've just installed and everything is working as v7. The thumbs up on your post would indicate that I was not the only one. Thank you!

Huh. Mine went down from $129 to $119. But, if I remember correctly, it was only $99 just a year or so ago. Inflation, I guess.
