Edit: can you also bring back the z2 reverb as an option?
Yes! It's hidden but in the matrix, just right click and assign whatever modulator you want to it:

Not sure if this counts as a bug, but the 4 macro controls are not available as automation parameters to the DAW (Bitwig in my case).
Seems like a pretty massive oversight.

PS: this synth is amazing ive been playing with it for the last few days wow, it sounds so good. and the amount of stuff you can do is phenomenal, its the perfect complement to bitwigs stock synthesizers. huge shoutout to everyone that worked on this, you can really feel the love that went into it all while using it.

You can also drag a mod source directly onto this after it's been set to reset and adjust it the same way you can do it in Hive.

Andrei Marchenko wrote: Fri Dec 19, 2025 10:08 pm Folks, how can I modulate filter's frequency with OSC in the plugin?
The Filter modules has two inputs A and B...
Thanks, pal  But Can I modulate the filter's frequency with the same OSC1 without any additional OSC on the lane 2?
You can yes, just set both input A and input B of the Filter to Same and the Osc will be filtered and also act as the modulation source for Filter FM.
Always Read the Manual!

Thanks once again :) So by default it works like I want it to be

That's correct, sorry I made it more complicated than it needed to be :dog:

Wouldn't it be much more comfortable, if the macro controls also were automatable via vst/plugin parameters, not only midi cc stuff?

There's an ongoing discussion about this here: viewtopic.php?t=626370

Workaround in Bitwig: Insert a MIDI CC device before Zebra 3 and assign CC 2, CC 11, CC 75 and CC 76 to the first 4 knobs.

Any chance more direct modulation slots are coming (similar to the number in Z2 modules)? I never ran out of mod matrix clots in Zebra2/HZ but it's happening a lot now as I need to use them to do things like assign mod/vel/eg etc to oscillator volume. It's also a much more intuitive approach for patch design.

Yes, click on the u-he logo and select "User Guide" (like all other u-he products)

ah, I actually hadn't downloaded the beta yet and was hoping to just find the manual by itself on the website - no worries!

Hmm, i find it very inconvenient if the only place where i can access the phase adjustment is from there. I guess it is better than nothing, but i really hope this gets updated!
