How does one change the Arp Time in Sylenth between Note values and sec?

I already checked the manual before asking the question here. Some Sylenth presets show note values for the arp time, but a few patches display sec value instead. How does one change from seconds to note values for the Arp Time? I tried right clicking things, no such function appeared.

Sylenth 3.073 on Ableton 8.3.4. 32-bit on Windows 7 Pro. Thank you

Just click the Sync button on the top bar in Sylenth1 to switch between note values and sec.
