I bought today on plugin boutique. Just to support as I didn't need this. I wish I would of bought directly through you. There's a big where and parts give sample load error. Will this be fixed? Also, there's lots of duplicate presets. Any fix for these in the works. This seems really buggy however, this probably my favorite sounding synth preset wise. Has really usable presets. Inspiring ones to say the least. Please fix these. I'll even buy a copy directly from your site just to support.

I am sorry but I don't understand the sample errors or the duplicate presets. Should not happen with a clean installation. So please

1. Delete /users/shared/synthmaster3 folder on MacOS or c:\users\public\public documents\synthmaster3 folder on Windows

2. Delete My Documents/SynthMaster3/Config/SynthMaster3Config.txt file

3. Download the full setup from https://www.synthmaster.com/userarea.aspx using your registered email and serial number

4. Install the full setup

and let me know the issues persist

SM latest version, Mac Sonoma 14.7.7 with Logic 11.2, init patch, load a sample, go to editor, select slice, switch mode to user, select sensitivity high, then go to wheel menu, choose separate slices as key region, go back to sensivity and change for medium or another one : instant crash, 100% replicabke

Hi guys,

Just released v3.4.6 update. This update fixes the following issues:

1. SynthMaster 3 doesn't work on older CPUs on Windows due to missing AVX instruction set
2. Sample Editor might crash SynthMaster 3 when no region is selected and an edit operation takes place

SynthMasterPlayer 2 (v 2.9.18) won´t show up in Ableton 12.3.2 (latest). Downloaded the full version of course. Mac version btw running Sonoma.
I did a deep rescan of the plugin folder in Ableton preferences but it just won´t show up (neither VST2 nor 3 nor any of the other formats. Anything else i can try?

Another user reported a similar issue, but we can not reproduce it. Our CDN provider CDN77 has various endpoints around the world, looks like this is a CDN77 issue. I will try resetting the CDN cache. Could you PM me your user details so that I try to reproduce this issue by using a VPN ?

Have you tried it from within the plugin. I downloaded 3.4.6 without any problems that way.

I have a slow/poor connection. I use a download manager. I was able to resume the download the next day so y'all might try that.

I just use a free one Called "Free Download Manager".

I think it's this one: https://www.freedownloadmanager.org/

I haven't tried any others. Keep in mind your antivirus software might not scan the downloads automatically so do that manually.
